New Live.com launched today. It looks pretty nice!
I've had some issues with Live.com – a few server errors and for some reason it had 100% CPU usage on my Firefox simply by loading the page.
Can anyone else reproduce?

100% CPU Usage seems to be a one off topic. nodigg.
High cpu usage for http://www.live.com specifically for Firefox/1.5.0.4 and prior has not been resolved yet. There are many users who are having same issue.
